Pognova’s series of vacuum packaging machines is capable of automatically executing the entire packaging process—including vacuuming, heat sealing, cooling, and lid opening—and subsequently automatically conveying the finished package out of the machine. Furthermore, the heating time can be adjusted to accommodate the specific sealing temperature requirements of packaging bags of varying thicknesses and materials, thereby ensuring a more stable and secure seal. The specific operational workflow is as follows:
- Place the items to be packaged into a vacuum bag and position the bag on the heating plate.
- Close the vacuum lid and initiate the vacuuming cycle.
- Set the appropriate heat sealing time and vacuuming duration based on the specific material of the packaging bag.
- The vacuum chamber automatically completes the vacuuming, heat sealing, and cooling stages.
- Finally, the vacuum machine automatically opens the lid, allowing the packaged sample to be removed.

It depends on daily use and machine maintenance. Some of our customers have machines that have been used for 10 years and still order spare parts.
1) Confirm that the wiring is correct and the vacuum pump is not reversing.
2) Fill the vacuum oil to 2/3 of the oil window.
3) Select the correct heating level and set the vacuum sealing time reasonably.
We can customize one with an inflation function.
It mainly depends on the pump. With a 20-pump machine, it’s best to rest it every 2-4 hours to allow the pump temperature to drop. Larger pumps (40-pump and above) can be used for 8 hours a day.
Check if the heating plate heating time setting is 0 or too short. Please set an appropriate heating time (reference time is 2.5-3 seconds).
